CommScope to redeem all 5½% secured notes due 2024 via new notes

Los Angeles, Aug. 11 – CommScope Holding Co., Inc. wholly owned subsidiary CommScope, Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 5½% senior secured notes due 2024 using proceeds from an issuance of new notes due 2029, according to a press release.

The network infrastructure company is based in Hickory, N.C.
