Huntington will offer to exchange four series of subordinated notes

Chicago, Aug. 9 – Huntington Bancshares Inc. announced an upcoming exchange offer that will be aimed at four series of notes, according to a press release.

The company intends to start an exchange offer for its 4.35% subordinated notes due 2025, its 6.25% subordinated notes due 2022, its 4.6% subordinated notes due 2025 and its 4.27% subordinated notes due 2026 (issued by Huntington National Bank).

The exchange notes will be part of a series of new notes being issued by the bank, a new offering announced on Monday.

The exchange offer will start after the offering of new notes.

Huntington is a Columbus, Ohio-based bank holding company.
