Altice conditionally calls all $2.47 billion of 7½% notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 4 – Altice Financing SA issued a notice of conditional full redemption for its 7½% senior secured notes due 2026 (Cusips: 02154CAE3, L0178WAG7).

Altice will redeem all $2,470,630,000 of the notes on Aug. 13 at 103.75 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Total accrued interest will be $14,412,008, making the aggregate redemption amount $2,577,690,633.

The redemption is subject to a financing condition. The company priced eight-year secured notes in $1.93 billion and €700 million tranches on Tuesday.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
