MSCI plans to redeem $500 million 5 3/8% notes due 2027 via new notes

Los Angeles, Aug. 3 – MSCI Inc. intends to redeem all $500 million of its 5 3/8% senior notes due 2027 using the net proceeds from an offering of new senior notes due 2033, according to a news release.

Proceeds from the new notes will also be used for general corporate purposes.

New York-based MSCI provides tools and services for the global investment community.
