Aircastle redeems all $500 million 5½% notes due 2022

Los Angeles, Aug. 2 – Aircastle Ltd. redeemed in full its $500 million of outstanding 5½% senior notes due 2022 on July 30, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were redeemed at 102.6628481, consisting of a redemption premium of $13,314,240.50, plus accrued interest of $12,604,166.67, for a total redemption payment of $525,918,407.17.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA was the trustee.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Stamford, Conn.
