China’s Bright Scholar may repurchase senior notes for up to $30 million

Concord, N.H., July 28 – Bright Scholar Education Holdings Ltd. has authorized the repurchase of the company’s listed senior notes for a purchase amount of up to $30 million, according to a company release.

The notes are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Under the program, Bright Scholar may purchase debt from time to time in compliance with regulations and other legal requirements, and subject to market conditions.

Bright Scholar is a Foshan, China-based operator of international and bilingual K-12 schools in China.
