PNC Financial will redeem 3.25% notes one month early

Chicago, July 22 – PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. has announced the early redemption of its 3.25% senior notes due Sept. 3 issued in the amount of $500 million (Cusip: 693475AU9), according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 4 at par plus unpaid interest to the redemption date.

Payment will be made through Depository Trust Co.

PNC is a financial services company based in Pittsburgh.
