Indonesia’s ABM Investama begins tender for 7 1/8% notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., July 21 – PT ABM Investama Tbk. has begun a cash tender offer for its 7 1/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: US69379AAA34, USY708CHAA88), according to a company news release on Wednesday.

There are $350 million of the notes outstanding. The company is also offering new dollar-denominated senior notes concurrently with the tender.

The company will pay par plus accrued interest plus $17.81 per note, which will constitute an early tender payment, for notes validly tendered and accepted for payment and not validly withdrawn prior to 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 3, which is the early tender deadline. The early settlement date is Aug. 6.

The tender offer expires at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 18, and settlement of the notes tendered after the early deadline and prior to expiry is expected to occur on Aug. 23.
