Azure Power plans to redeem $500 million 5½% notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., July 20 – Azure Power Energy Ltd. issued a notice of conditional redemption for its $500 million of 5½% senior notes due 2022 (ISINs: US05502JAA88, USV00027AA65).

The issuer is a subsidiary of Azure Power Global Ltd.

The redemption price for the notes is 101.375 plus interest.

Assuming that the redemption date is Aug. 20, the company will pay $1,013.75 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest for the notes, which will then be delisted from the Singapore Exchange.

Citibank NA, London Branch is the paying agent.

New Delhi, India-based Azure Power is a solar power producer with a pan-Indian portfolio.
