Bombardier sets redemption price for 5¾% notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., July 20 – Bombardier Inc. announced the redemption price for its June 22 notice of redemption of its outstanding 5¾% senior notes due 2022.

For each $1,000 principal amount of notes, the company will pay $1,053.81, consisting of the make-whole premium of $1,033.53 based on a Treasury rate of 0.054% on July 19 plus $20.28 in accrued interest.

The notes will be redeemed on July 22, according to a news release.

As previously reported, holders tendered $89,303,000 of the $181,203,000 notes as of the expiration of the tender offer at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 1.

The aerospace and transportation services company is based in Montreal.
