Ovintiv calls all $517.82 million 3.9% notes due 2021

Columbus, Ohio, July 15 – Ovintiv Inc. will redeem all $517.82 million of its outstanding 3.9% notes due 2021 on Aug. 16, according to a news release.

The company previously said the redemption price will be par.

The company is an oil and gas exploration and development company based in Denver.
