Hong Kong’s Skyfame to buy back its 13% notes due July 20

Concord, N.H., July 14 – Skyfame International Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Ltd., will repay in full its 13% senior notes due July 20 (ISIN: XS2181861654), according to a notice from the issuer.

The company said that it has sufficient financial resources to repay the issue that was originally $87.5 million in size.

Skyfame is Hong Kong-based property development investment holding company.
