China’s Fantasia repurchases $50.1 million more notes on the open market
Chicago, July 7 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced further repurchases of notes on the open market for a total of $50.1 million, according to an announcement.
The company has periodically been repurchasing notes.
Fantasia repurchased $3.2 million of the its 10 7/8% senior notes due 2023. After cancellation, there will be $446.35 million of the notes outstanding.
The company bought $7 million of the 11 7/8% senior notes due June 2023. There will be $543 million of the notes outstanding after the notes are canceled.
Additionally, the company repurchased $6.5 million of the 9 7/8% senior notes due October 2023. After settlement, there will be $343.5 million of the notes outstanding.
Fantasia bought $15 million of the 9 7/8% notes due October 2023. After repurchase, there will be $305 million of the notes left.
And finally, the company bought $18.4 million of the 10 7/8% senior notes due March 2024, of which there will be $231.6 million of the notes outstanding.
The company plans to keep repurchasing notes depending on market conditions.
