Diocle calls €50 million of secured floating-rate notes due 2026

Los Angeles, July 6 – Diocle SpA plans to redeem €50 million, or 11.820330969% of the amount outstanding, of its senior secured floating-rate notes due 2026, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on July 16.

Following the redemption, €373 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Diocle is a pharmaceutical company based in Milan.
