Brookfield Renewable to redeem series 9 preferred units

Chicago, July 2 – Brookfield Renewable Partners LP announced that it intends to redeem its series 9 preferred units for cash on July 31, according to a press release.

The company will redeem each unit for C$25 plus the previously declared final quarterly distribution of $0.359375.

Brookfield Renewable is a Toronto-based diversified utilities company.
