New York Mortgage Trust to redeem all 7.875% series C preferreds

Columbus, Ohio, June 30 – New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. will redeem all 4,181,807 shares of its 7.875% series C cumulative redeemable preferred stock on July 30, according to a news release.

The shares will be redeemed at par of $25 plus accrued dividends.

American Stock Transfer & Trust Co., LLC is serving as redemption and payment agent.

New York Mortgage is a New York-based real estate investment trust.
