Emeco to fully retire 9¼% dollar notes due 2024

Chicago, June 24 – Emeco Holdings Ltd. announced that it would fully repay its 9¼% notes due March 2024 denominated in U.S. dollars, according to a press release.

The company will use proceeds from a new offering of Australian dollar-denominated notes.

The company had planned on a partial refinancing, but the new offering was successful and the company is able to fully repay the legacy issue.

Emeco Group provides mining equipment and is based out of Western Australia.
