Turkey’s Anadolu Efes to redeem 2022 notes with new issue proceeds

Chicago, June 22 – Turkey's Anadolu Efes Biracilik Ve Malt Sanayii AS plans to use the proceeds from a new benchmark offering of notes to redeem its $500 million 3 3/8% notes due 2022, according to a market source.

The new notes are expected to price on Tuesday.

Anadolu Efes is an Istanbul-based beverage company.
