China Oil and Gas plans to redeem notes due 2022 via new notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 21 – China Oil and Gas Group Ltd. is planning to redeem its 4 5/8% notes due 2022 issued on April 20, 2017 using proceeds of an offering of new dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

Additional proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

HSBC and Morgan Stanley are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the offering.

Hong Kong-based China Oil and Gas invests in natural gas and energy-related businesses.
