Genworth Financial calls all 7 5/8% senior notes due 2021

Concord, N.H., June 21 – Genworth Financial, Inc. called all of its outstanding 7 5/8% senior notes due 2021, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole premium and accrued interest on July 21.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the paying agent.

The financial security company is based in Richmond, Va.
