Intact Financial to redeem C$300 million of notes due Aug. 18 on June 17

Columbus, Ohio, June 14 – Intact Financial Corp. will redeem all of its outstanding C$300 million of series 4 unsecured medium term notes due Aug. 18 on June 17 at C$1,007.044 per C$1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest, according to a press release.

Intact Financial is a Toronto-based provider of property and casualty insurance in Canada and a provider of specialty insurance in North America.
