Comstock Resources plans to redeem 9¾% notes due 2026

Concord, N.H., June 14 – Comstock Resources, Inc. plans to redeem a portion of its 9¾% senior notes due 2026 using the proceeds of a new offering of notes, according to a company news release.

The new Rule 144A and Regulation S notes due 2030 will be issued subject to market conditions.

Comstock Resources is an independent natural gas producer based in Frisco, Tex.
