Brazil’s CSN Resources settles tender offer for 7 5/8% notes due 2023

Chicago, June 11 – Companhia Siderurgica Nacional announced the settlement of the tender offer for any and all of subsidiary CSN Resources SA’s $925 million of 7 5/8% senior guaranteed notes due 2023 (Cusips: 12644VAB4, L21779AC4), according to a press release.

The offer expired at 5 p.m. ET on June 8.

At the expiration time, the company had received valid tenders for $421,058,000, or 45.52%, of the outstanding notes.

CSN Resources accepted and made payment for all the notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.

Noteholders who tendered their notes received $1,038.13 per $1,000 note, plus interest to, but not including, June 11.
