Honduras’ Inversiones Atlantida calls all 8¼% senior notes due 2022

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, June 4 – Inversiones Atlantida SA (Invatlan) issued a notice of redemption for its 8¼% senior notes due 2022 (Cusip: 46137GAA1, P5865GAA8).

Invatlan will redeem the $150 million of outstanding notes in full on July 28 at par plus accrued interest.

The company said it had defeased on May 19 some covenants of the notes and deposited with the trustee an amount sufficient to fund the redemption.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Invatlan is a financial services group based in Honduras.
