China Aircraft repurchases $43.75 million portion of bonds due 2021

Columbus, Ohio, June 4 – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. repurchased $43.75 million, or 14.5%, of its original $300 million of bonds due 2021, according to a company announcement.

So far, $19.07 million of the repurchased bonds were canceled and the remaining $24.5 million of bonds are expected to be canceled as soon as practicable. Following the cancellation, $256.43 million of the bonds will remain outstanding.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Hong Kong.
