Videotron will redeem all 5% senior notes due 2022 on July 3

Chicago, June 3 – Videotron Ltd. announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 5% senior notes due July 15, 2022 early on July 3, according to a press release.

The redemption price will be calculated on June 29.

The Depositary Trust Co. will handle the surrender of the notes and the payment of the redemption price.

Questions about the redemption should be directed to Wells Fargo Bank, NA (800 344-5128).

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
