China Ludao Technology extends notes to 2022, redeems HK$20 million

Concord, N.H., May 28 – China Ludao Technology Co. Ltd. extended its HK$120 million notes to March 15, 2022 from May 30, 2021, according to an announcement.

The company also said that it has redeemed HK$20 million of the notes and has agreed to redeem another HK$20 million no later than Nov. 30.

The manufacturer and retailer of aerosol products is based in Taizhou, China.
