China Water to redeem $150 million of 5¼% senior notes due 2022

Los Angeles, May 27 – China Water Affairs Group Ltd. plans to redeem $150 million of its $300 million outstanding 5¼% senior notes due 2022, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on June 21 at 101.3125 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Hong Kong-based water supply company will fund the partial redemption using proceeds from its recent issuance of 4.85% senior green notes due 2026.
