Indonesia’s Pakuwon Prima calls $250 million 5% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, May 27 – Pakuwon Prima Pte. Ltd. issued a notice of redemption for its $250 million 5% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1517977093).

The notes will be redeemed on June 1 at 102.5 plus accrued interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is trustee and paying agent.

The issuer is a special purpose entity formed to issue and repay debt by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk., a Jakarta-based real estate developer and manager.
