Eurofins issues make-whole call for remaining 3 3/8% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, May 21 – Eurofins Scientific SE issued a make-whole redemption notice to holders of its €500 million 3 3/8% senior notes due Jan. 30, 2023 (ISIN: XS1268496640) with €167,531,000 principal amount outstanding.

The outstanding notes will be redeemed on June 21 at a make-whole price.

The make-whole amount will be calculated on June 15 and announced on June 16.
