Citizens Financial to early redeem 2.375% senior notes due 2021

Los Angeles, May 21 – Citizens Financial Group, Inc. announced it will redeem on June 28 all of its outstanding 2.375% senior notes due July 28, 2021 (Cusip: 174610AN5).

The redemption price is par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The financial services company is based in Providence, R.I.
