Cidron Humber will redeem SEK 1.22 billion floaters early at par

Chicago, May 21 – Cidron Humber Ltd. issued a voluntary notice of redemption for its SEK 1,216,000,000 senior secured floating-rate notes that were issued on June 14, 2018 (ISIN: XS1819589018), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest on June 15.

The issuer is a special purpose vehicle created by Nordic Capital Fund VIII.

The fund is a 2013 fund from Stockholm-based Nordic Capital.
