Lanxess to early redeem €500 million 0.25% notes due 2021

Los Angeles, May 20 – Lanxess AG issued a notice of early redemption for its €500 million 0.25% series 8, tranche 1 notes due Oct. 7, 2021 (ISIN: XS1501363425).

The notes will be redeemed in full on July 7.

The specialty chemicals company is based in Cologne, Germany.
