Constellium calls 2024 notes for redemption on June 16 at 100.958

Chicago, May 17 – Constellium SE has called its 5¾% senior notes due 2024 for redemption on June 16, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 100.958, plus interest to the redemption date.

Funding for the redemption will come from cash on hand and the proceeds of an offering of new notes.

The aluminum producer is based in Amsterdam.
