Clear Channel to redeem $962 million 9¼% notes due 2024 with new notes

Concord, N.H., May 17 – Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. plans to use the proceeds from a $1.05 billion offering of new senior notes due 2029 for subsidiary Clear Channel Worldwide Holdings Inc. to redeem all of its $961,525,000 of 9¼% senior notes due 2024, according to a company news release.

The out-of-home advertising company is based in San Antonio.
