Country Garden to redeem $650 million 4¾% notes due 2023 on June 11

Concord, N.H., May 12 – Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. plans to fully redeem its $650 million outstanding 4¾% senior notes due September 2023, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.375 plus interest on June 11.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China, real estate developer.
