Bausch Health to redeem C$100 million more 7% secured notes on June 2

Concord, N.H., May 3 – Bausch Health Cos. Inc. will redeem C$100 million more of its outstanding 7% senior secured notes due 2024 (Cusips: 91911KAK8, C94143AK7) on June 2, according to a company release.

The company previously redeemed C$200 million of notes in March and announced an additional C$100 million redemption of the notes that will occur on May 7.

The company will fund the newly announced redemption with cash generated from operations, and upon its completion, the company will have redeemed C$400 million of the notes in 2021.

Bank of New York Melon (800 254-2826) is the paying agent.

The Laval, Quebec-based company makes pharmaceuticals, medical devices and over-the-counter products, primarily for eye health, gastroenterology and dermatology.
