ChampionX to redeem $55 million portion of 6 3/8% 2026 notes

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – ChampionX gave notice to redeem $55 million of its outstanding 6 3/8% senior notes due 2026 (Cusip: 03755LAC8) at 104.781 on May 7, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to use cash on hand to fund the redemption.

ChampionX is an upstream energy business based in The Woodlands, Tex.
