Brookfield Asset Management will redeem 4.54% notes due 2023 early

Chicago, April 12 – Brookfield Asset Management Inc. will exercise its right to redeem its C$600 million principal amount of 4.54% notes due March 31, 2023 on May 13, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at a price determined according to the trust indenture from Sept. 20, 1995, plus interest to the redemption date.

Brookfield is an alternative asset manager. The issuer has headquarters in Toronto.
