Coca-Cola redeems three series of dollar, euro notes due 2023

Los Angeles, April 8 – The Coca-Cola Co. redeemed on April 4 all of its outstanding $1,106,476,000 of 3.2% notes due 2023 and $392,055,000 of 2.5% notes due 2023, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company also redeemed on April 8 all of its outstanding €867,431,000 of 0.75% notes due 2023.

All three series of notes were redeemed at par plus a make-whole premium, along with accrued interest to but excluding the applicable redemption date.

The beverage company is based in Atlanta.
