Bausch Health to redeem C$100 million more 7% secured notes due 2024

Concord, N.H., April 7 – Bausch Health Cos. Inc. said it will redeem C$100 million of its outstanding 7% senior secured notes due 2024 (Cusips: 91911KAK8, C94143AK7).

The redemption of the notes, which will take place on May 7, follows a C$100 million redemption of the notes on March 29 and a C$100 million redemption of notes on March 24 for a total of C$300 million recently redeemed.

The notes will be redeemed using cash generated from operations, according to a company release.

Bank of New York Melon (800 254-2826) is the paying agent.

The Laval, Quebec-based company makes pharmaceuticals, medical devices and over-the-counter products, primarily for eye health, gastroenterology and dermatology.
