Compass Diversified to redeem 8% senior notes due 2026

New York, March 23 – Compass Diversified plans to redeem its 8% senior notes due 2026 on April 1, according to a news release.

Compass Diversified Holdings is a Westport, Conn.-based owner and manager of middle market businesses.
