Teine Energy to fully redeem $350 million 6 7/8% senior notes due 2022

New York, March 22 – Teine Energy Ltd. plans to redeem in full its outstanding $350 million 6 7/8% senior unsecured notes due 2022 at par plus interest, according to a news release.

The redemption will be funded using proceeds from an offering of $400 million senior notes due 2029.

Teine is a Calgary, Alta.-based oil and gas exploration, development and production company.
