Entercom to fully redeem 7¼% senior notes due 2024 via new notes

New York, March 11 – Entercom Communications Corp. plans to redeem all of its 7¼% senior notes due 2024, according to a news release.

The redemption will be funded using proceeds from Entercom’s offering of $500 million senior secured second-lien notes due 2029.

Remaining proceeds will be used to partially repay existing indebtedness under Entercom’s senior credit facilities.

Entercom is a Philadelphia-based audio and entertainment company.
