National Australia Bank to redeem $50 million notes due 2031

New York, March 11 – National Australia Bank Ltd. plans to redeem its $50 million series 953 tranche 1 callable zero-coupon notes due March 31, 2031 (ISIN: XS1387823799) issued under its $100 billion global medium-term note program, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 118.912140 on March 31.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the principal paying agent, and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is the listing agent and paying agent.

National Australia Bank is a financial institution based in Melbourne.
