Flowers Foods to fully redeem 4.375% notes due 2022

New York, March 9 – Flowers Foods, Inc. plans to redeem its 4.375% notes due 2022, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange commission.

The notes will be redeemed in full on April 9 with a make-whole premium.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Flowers Foods is a Thomasville, Ga.-based bakery company.
