Victoria to redeem 5¼% senior notes due 2024

New York, March 9 – Victoria plc plans to fully redeem its €322,082,000 million outstanding 5¼% senior secured notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2032590189), according to a notice.
The notes will be redeemed March 19, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain financing conditions, or it will partially redeem €72,082,000 of the notes if the financing condition is not met.
If all of the notes are redeemed, Victoria will pay €337,746,551.37 for the notes which represents the amount outstanding redeemed at par plus a redemption premium of €13,363,007.08 and interest to the redemption date of €2,301,544.29.
If partially redeemed, the company will pay a total of €75,587,728.95 for the partial redemption amount. The notes would be redeemed at par plus an aggregate total of €2,990,642.99 in redemption premium and interest to the redemption date of €2,990,642.99.
Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee, National Westminster Bank plc is the security agent and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is the transfer agent.
The issuer is a Kidderminster, U.K.-based flooring company.
