UAE’s Dubai Aerospace redeems $500 million notes due 2023 early

Chicago, March 4 – Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. announced that it has conducted an early redemption on March 1 for its $456.1 million outstanding 5¾% senior notes due 2023, according to a press release.

The notes were redeemed at 102.87, plus interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA was the trustee and paying agent.
