Brazil’s Braskem will redeem 7 3/8% perpetual bonds on March 11

Chicago, March 4 – Braskem SA announced that subsidiary Braskem Finance Ltd. will redeem its 7 3/8% perpetual bonds (ISINs: US10553YAC93, USG1315RAC54) on March 11, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will pay par plus unpaid interest up to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.

Braskem is a Sao Paulo-based petrochemical company.
