Mexico’s America Movil to redeem 3% senior notes due 2021

New York, March 1 – America Movil SAB de CV plans to fully redeem its 3% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS0802174044), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a price equal to the greater of par and the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on an annual basis at the Bund rate plus 34 basis points.

America Movil will also pay interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee, and the Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) SA is the paying agent.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecom provider.
